Encore Training for Managers and Agent Evaluators is a Web-based training offered to Encore customers on the first and third Thursday of every month. This session provides users with an overview of the Encore Technology Suite, which includes Encore Voice Recording, Screen Recording, Quality Management, and Reporting and Analysis. Participants learn to monitor, review, evaluate, and organize voice and data recordings, create and use scorecards to evaluate and train agents, generate reports, and analyze meaningful business intelligence.

reseller certification

dvsAnalytics' Web-based Encore Reseller Certification course teaches resellers how to build, install, administer, train, and support the entire Encore Enterprise suite of products, including voice and screen recording, quality management, and reporting and analytics. Upon completion, resellers are certified on the Encore Enterprise Suite. This four-day, free class is held via the Web in the first week of February, May, August, and November.
