Kathleen Kelly, President and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Kelly is a 25-year veteran of the telecommunications industry and one of the earliest proponents of CRM-based contact management systems that optimize the productivity of revenue producers in contact centers. Starting in 1987, she grew dvsAnalytics (formerly TeleDirect) from a start-up enterprise to an award-winning industry leader. Beginning in 2006, she led the initiative to transition the business focus to emerging sectors in the Workforce Optimization market where the company has established one of the largest networks of national resellers in the industry. Considered a thought leader in the industry, Kathleen is a recipient of Customer Interaction Solutions' prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for her pioneering contributions to the growth and advancement of the contact center industry and ATA's Fulcrum award which recognizes individuals for extraordinary contributions to the industry. Prior to dvsAnalytics, Kathleen started three other companies, all pioneers in their field and all still thriving today. Kathleen graduated from Mount Mercy College, Cedar Rapids, IA with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Rita Dearing, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Dearing provides dvsAnalytics with more than 25 years of leadership as an executive in software based telecommunications businesses. Rita joined dvsAnalytics in 1998 and has served as leader of marketing, customer support, professional services, and product development. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer she manages all of operations and product development. Known in the industry as the quintessential Customer Advocate, Rita's leadership in delivery of products and services to the industry was paramount in the Company's receipt of the Product of the Year Awards and a #1 ranking for customer support in the market. Prior to her position at dvsAnalytics, Ms. Dearing served as Manager of Product Marketing for Aspect Telecommunications and as Director of Application Products at Syntellect. Rita graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

Jay S. Mayne, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mayne has been responsible for all financial operations at dvsAnalytics since 2002 and brings 20+ years of experience in controlling the financial operations of companies within the technology sector. He previously held positions as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Viasoft, a publicly held enterprise systems software provider. Prior to that, Mr. Mayne held various accounting and treasury related positions, including controller, at Informatics, a software services provider. In addition to providing oversight in the financial operations of various companies, he has played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions throughout his carrer. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting.

Bob DiGangi , Vice President of Sales

Mr. DiGangi joined the dvsAnalytics management team in August 2011 bringing over 25 years of telecom sales and sales management experience to the company. In addition to his direct sales and direct sales management experience, Mr. DiGangi created, developed and managed the dealer (reseller) channel for Inter-Tel from “ground zero” in 1993 through the merger of the Inter-Tel channel into the Mitel USA channel that took place in 2007. His relationships, management skills, work ethic, and reputation are a strong addition to the dvsAnalytics family. Mr. DiGangi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY.
